Met with hiring manager, the new Vice Chair of Product - where did you find this tool?!?
She asks me a question about developing a product and, when I get most of the way through my answer, says she wanted an answer that "impacted patient care". So I gave her a different, but relevant story and, when I almost finished THAT story, she says, "actually I'm looking for a story where your product was actually used by a patient". Why didn't you say that the first time?!
I asked her a few questions about the role and it was clear she's out of her depth.
