I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN)
Interview
Very stuffy. Did not get good vibe. I sat on the virtual interview for 10 before someone joined. There was no smiling very sterile. I would never want to work in a company like that it’s supposed to be caring.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic in Aug 2024
Interview
I’ve had 3 interviews for different analyst positions at Mayo. All 3 were the same: interviewers very stoic, not personable, not engaging, didn’t get to introduce MYSELF. I am human. I’m not a robot. Ask me how I am doing and I will do the same to you. All 3 felt very cold and straight to behavioral questions. Which is another negative from me. 60 minutes of question after question. After every interview I’ve decided I would not want to join that ‘team.’ Now that I’ve had 3, I know it’s not the team, but the culture at this company. Lighten up and let’s share a few laughs.
