The process began with high momentum, involving 3–4 rounds of interviews with HR and various levels of the media department. The team emphasized that they were prioritizing a 'quick hire' and moved me through the stages rapidly. However, after completing the final rounds and providing several follow-ups, the communication ceased entirely. Despite the initial talk of urgency and professionalism, I was never provided with an offer, a rejection, or any feedback, resulting in a disappointing 'ghosting' experience after a significant time investment.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mayo Seitz Media (Philadelphia, PA) in July 2022
Interview
First off, their hiring process and treatment of me as a candidate was exactly what I would have wanted from every other interview process I had with various different companies. Their internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. We scheduled an initial phone call. Following week I had 30 min conversations w/ 3 separate team members/bosses. Decision came within 3 days. They were the most prompt, decisive group I came across which I found very refreshing.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mayo Seitz Media (Springfield, PA) in May 2021
Interview
I just wanted to share how unprofessional this company seems to be- I had three interviews that all went well, including with the president of the company. I then followed up for a month and never heard back. Literally, crickets. It’s rude to ghost entry level candidates, but at my level it is flat out unprofessional.
