McAlister Institute interview questions

Called me for an interview after a week and I went in, I waited in the front room for a while and was taken in the back and met with 2 women who proceeded with the interview. It took around 30 minutes.

The interview process was warm and inviting. I felt like I could be friendly, open and honest without fear of judgement. I applied in house I was employed at a different program under McAlister. When I sent my resume over it was a matter of hours that I was called and asked to schedule an interview. I was hired on the spot after the interview.
