HUGE red flags on the L'Oréal account.
At one point, the ECD said people "don't normally work past 8pm," which means they regularly work late nights.
They handed me a contract for a mid-weight copywriter but categorized as an executive in their CCN/CBA, which means they can make you work overtime without paying you for it.
Obvious attempts to circumvent labor laws, shady attempt to hide it.
I ran the other way, and you should too.
