Negative and convoluted recruitment process. 4 separate interviews, including chat with recruiter, 2x 1 hour teams interviews with various interviewers, an online psychometric test and finally, a one hour presentation with questioning. This totaled around 6 hours commitment from me, meeting 6 different team members to interview for a mid-level role. Following the final stage; the feedback was that the role profile had now changed. Had I have been offered this role, I still would have thought this process was a waste of mine and the company's time.
