HR screen and did not move forward. Out of all the interviews I do I always move past the HR round. I was in line with salary, answered how I built servicenow & a future of work office space for a 10K ontario company. Ran large budgets and knew a senior staff member there. Overall the HR lost when explaining star models. They just want yes people.
