Interview
The position listing is open for a very short period of time. I'd say less than 48 hours. Received an interview on 4/3. Interview needed quick confirmation for 4/8. There is a form with 35 interview questions you must fill out before the interview. Heads up, they require full availability for 6 months.
They provide a study guide for the written exam that they will administer during the interview. On interview day, they have a sign-in sheet with your time of sign-in. At the interview time, they bring you and the other candidates into a larger room and go over certifications. If you do not have the right documents in their format (all original or printed in color if needed) then you are able to leave and reschedule without penalty. The penalty is not being able to reapply for 6 months. If you have everything, they will allow you to take the exam. The exam is 20 questions, and you have 25 minutes. It is all free response, and they are looking for good handwriting as well. Many others and I did not pass this exam; there were items not on the study guide, and a couple of things that weren't covered in my EMT schooling, either. Some of the questions were vague while others were straightforward. After not passing this interview stage, I will not be able to apply for another 6 months. The next stage was a one-on-one interview that likely went over your resume and the interview form that you previously submitted. After that, you were supposed to change from the suit to the gym clothes you brought to do the physical ability test. They give you a video demonstration in the interview email. It is getting in and out of an ambulance, picking up patient weight, moving a gurney, etc. After they likely continue with the hiring process. Best of luck to you all!

Interview
Group of other applicants all in one room with all paperwork. One by one each of us were brought into a room for a 10 minute interview that covered basic information and expectations. I was under the impression that it was a part time job (since that's what was listed on website), but it was actually full time, so my interview was short. After others were done with theirs they underwent the physical fitness test as well.
