Overall the interview process with McCormick was very friendly and smooth. The first round was a high-level phone interview with a recruiter, from there I advanced to a call with the hiring manager to review more in detail my experience and the needs of the role. Finally, we had a video interview with the manager, HR business partner, and two team members. There were little to no gaps in communication from all parties.
