I was contacted by HR and went through a phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager, and a panel interview online. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview with both the hiring manager and another C-level executive. The interviews seemed to go well overall, and I felt positive about the experience. However, after the final interview, I did not receive any follow-up communication. Given the time and effort invested over the course of a three-week process, I was expecting at least a formal update, even if it was a rejection. Overall, I would say the experience could have been improved with better communication.
