Normal interview process, strengths, weaknesses. It did not last very long and the interviewer was pretty friendly. Interviewer had a packet of questions to ask, but only asked a few select ones.

The interview process was informal and easy-going. Lasted about an hour. Very informative and very honest up front about the job and job responsibilities. Transparency was greatly appreciated. Made following up simple and easy.
