HR gives you a call and checks your package. He asks about expected package and says that we could proceed only if you agree with a certain package. HR says that there would be 2 technical round and a final HR round. Once you agree, the interview process starts. 1. I passed 1st round of technical interview for 1hr which was through MS teams 2. I passed 2nd round of technical interview for 1hr which was through MS teams. Both the above two interviews are done through team in India. Then HR says that now Project lead from Argentina would like to check your technical experience. So, he says that once this 3rd round of technical is done, then its done. 3. I passed 3rd round of technical round too. HR now says that the offer roles out after every thursday discussion with management. But coming thursday is holiday, so we have to wait for next thursday for discussing with management. In the mean time, HR provided two big documents to mention about our experience and reference to whom they would call and check. Once all is done, again HR sends email with 40 questions about our experience from all past companies. Finally the day comes. HR says management says if we provide this certain package then what extra is this candidate is going to provide us............. HR says we need to conduct another technical round of interview. I got frustrated and denied. Later he goes on silence. After two days of enquiry, HR says management did not approve the package..... Seriously ................................ To whoever read all this, I request don't go for any interview with this company. This is a real waste of time.
