Easy interview process for a new concept restaurant opening in a historic part of downtown. Interview lasted less than 30 minutes and was very standard with questions from someone from the management team.
Two part interview. One with the Hiring Director through video, where they gave an overview of the position. Second was in person with store’s General Manager where you discuss the ins and outs of service style, pace and expectations.
