I applied online. I interviewed at McGuyer Homebuilders
Interview
The process was 2 rounds. On the phone, the other in person with a couple managers including the one that's hiring. The phone screen was quick and the in person wasn't bad either. All the managers were pretty friendly
The interview process was pretty much average. Not hard at all. Very laid back and the sales manager was nice. The PM was super respectful &seemed to be really interested in what I had to say and my experience prior to MHI

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McGuyer Homebuilders
Interview
I received an email with 5-8 questions requiring a written response. That took about 30-45 minutes. I was then asked to complete the Burke Assessment (all components). This takes just over 1 hour. After completing the test which is designed to frustrate and stress the test taker; the Burke Assessment required my age in a very thinly veiled manner (by requiring a date of college graduation). I wish they would have told me that was part of the program; because, I wasted 2 hours of my time only to find out that age was a big factor in their interviewing criteria. Not cool.
