The first step in the process is a phone interview with their talent acquisition employee; in my case she was based out of their Texas office. Initially she told me the phone interview takes approximately thirty minutes, which ended up only being twenty in my case. It was professional, brief, and not stressful.

Applied online on Indeed.com, received a call for an interview about two weeks later. Interview was very casual. No really interview type questions, mainly discussed experience. Discussed how my past skills would help me with the position.
