Interview
I had 5 phone interviews. All remote. First interview was with a recruiter, then another recruiter. The next interview was with the hiring manager, followed by the senior manager, followed by and executive director.

Questions were direct and case based.

Four interviews, two with HR screening, and one phone interview and one on one with hiring manager and subordinate. Process was very quick and took about a week. Status returned within a couple of days.

Be prepared to asked questions and know something about the companies business. Be prepare to relate experience to position requirements to gain traction. Pay attention to keeping hiring manager on track and concentrate on selling yourself and your skills. Appeared to want health care experience even though it wasn't a position requirement.
