I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McKesson (San Francisco, CA) in June 2014
Interview
Start with phone interview screen with recruiter. Followed by phone interview with hiring manager. After that went well brought me in for an in person multi person interview panel that lasted roughly 4 hours. Each interviewer was responsible for assessing a different skill / capacity. Dug into my resume a lot. Be prepared with tangible example and specific experiences. STAR format to answer interview questions is good here. Very friendly group.

Interview
Applied via Linkedin. Received an email for a screening interview with recruiter. Recruiter never showed up. Emailed the recruiting coordinator who rescheduled me. Interview went well. Asked me about my background. Was advised I will interview the hiring manager for the role. Interviewed hiring manager on 03/20 Went pretty well. Standard PM situational and behavioral questions. Was super nice guy. Was told a company meeting being held the following week so I will hear back the week after. Have not heard back for a few weeks. Emailed the recruiter coordinator and Linkedin messaged the hiring manager for status last Thursday with no response from Either. Completely ghosted. Please just do me the courtesy of a response.

Interview
I made it to the final interview but wasn't offered. The interview was mostly situational and behavioral questions, with very little focus on any technical or project management questions. There were 4 Interviews. Recruiter, Manager, team, Manager's boss
Final interview was in a panel format with the team I would have joined. Everyone was nice and relaxed. No unexpected questions. Talked about everyday challenges in the role ( customer facing) and expected travel.
