Had a phone interview with a talent acquisition representative before Christmas 2019; understood that with the holidays the next step would take a while. I have emailed the recruiter several times since then for an update with absolutely no response. I understand everyone is busy and there are many candidates but to not respond at all over a months time is a poor representation of your company.
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

Interview
I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
