      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McKesson in Mar 2010

      Interview

      The BPM is basically a Six Sigma Black Blackbelt. There is a time limit for the position between 2-3 yrs. Afterwards, you are expected to integrate back into the operations. The initial process started with a phone interview with a HR representative in which the rep ask questions about your 3 year career goals as well as questions about process improvements. If you are passed forward to the panel interview. The questions consist of topics about building relationships and obtaining support for your projects.
