The process was typical, a call with an HR contact followed by a Teams call with the hiring manager. The questions were clearly designed to help them understand my level of experience. The HR contact was very communicative during the process.

It was straightforward. The VP and her colleague asked me about how to proceed with decommissioning a platform. Scenario type questions where you are to respond with a solution. I was asked if I was bilingual and I was also asked if I had any relevant experience with finance.

Many rounds of interviews with a variety of leaders within your department and team. Personality and charisma are huge at McKesson, so they are looking at the person as well as the experiences and education of the applicants. If you are a good fit for the company culture, it’s highly likely you will be granted interviews. Takes a while to get through the hiring process and receive an offer.
