I applied through other source. I interviewed at McNichols Company (Cerritos, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Straight forward, no frills - They are looking for good honest people not afraid of a hard days work. Questions were standard, no curve balls and easy going folks. Was a comfortable process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McNichols Company in Mar 2025
Interview
Recruiter cold called me while I was at my job (seems to be standard practice now-a-days). I didn't answer, though from there we texted to setup a time later that day for a phone screen.
Phone screen went very well, and she offered to get me in touch with my potential manager if we were to move forward. Still looking good. I meet with the manager over a virtual interview, and we appeared to have hit it off based on the conversation flowing so seamlessly and my qualifications meeting their expectations.
Second interview was in-person, and I met a few individuals in the department. Again, everything seemed to flow so smoothly (although I'm guessing this is by design).
No follow-up, nothing. Which tells me all I need to know about working for this organization as their recruiting process isn't even professional enough to send a canned email response.
