This company has the most unprofessional interview process I've experienced in my career thus far. If you have an interview at Mead Johnson Nutrition- proceed with caution. You have been warned!
MJN required overnight travel to Evansville to give a presentation as Part 3 of my interview process. The on-site interview was an unorganized mess where 2 out of 6 interviewers didn't even bother to show up or call in to the interview along with several aspects that I just deemed as "questionable" at the time. I gave my presentation and all of MJN team's subsequent interview questions focused on the details of my specific ideas and content rather than my fit for the role as a candidate. I felt pressured to elaborate on my answers more than I was comfortable with because they kept rephrasing their questions until they got the level of detail the wanted. There were 4 of them, and 1 of me. Further, each person on the their team had something negative to say about the parent company (Reckitt). One person even blasted a previous VP of MJN. Then, in my virtual final interview a few days after my on-site visit, the new VP mentioned how he and the hiring manager were already using my ideas from my presentation earlier that week! I was so shocked that I was speechless. And that rarely happens to me!
The most unsettling part is MJN completely ghosted me and did not reimburse my travel expenses. I emailed them and called them for a couple of weeks and got no response from 3 different people. I found out I didn't get the job when I finally logged into their Workday system and saw that it went from "interviewing" to "UNSUCCESSFUL".
I hope no one else has to go through a process like this with them. It really did a lot of damage in a lot of ways.
