Mead Lumber interview questions

We did 3 interviews. There was an extreme lack of DOT knowledge at the management level. They seemed more concerned if I would side with management or the drivers when it comes to policy. Most of the questions had nothing to do with the duties. The whole process was somewhat disturbing in hindsight.
