I applied online. I interviewed at Measure Marketing
Interview
I had a very disappointing interview experience with Measure Marketing Results Inc.
The process lasted nearly 3 months and involved a highly time-consuming assignment that felt more like a full-scale project than a standard interview task. After completing the assignment, I went through 3 interview rounds successfully and remained responsive throughout the process.
However, despite multiple follow-ups, communication from the HR team remained vague, with repeated promises of updates that never came on time. After keeping me in the process for months, I was eventually told that I was “not a cultural fit.”
While I understand companies have the right to choose candidates based on their internal criteria, I believe candidates’ time and effort should also be respected. Long interview processes, extensive unpaid assignments, and delayed communication create a frustrating experience for applicants.
I hope the company improves its hiring transparency and respects candidates’ time more professionally in the future.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Measure Marketing (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2023
Interview
The interview was conducted online. The first stage was with VP of Strategy and RevOps who was very nice and introduced the company in details. The second stage was the meeting with the Customer Success Team and supposed to be an assessment of Customer Success Manager skills based on the technical analysis of the case which was sent before.

I applied online. I interviewed at Measure Marketing (Ahmedabad) in May 2022
Interview
It included two rounds, first with the HR & second with hiring manager.
There was hesitance in disclosing company policies directly impacting the employees. Over all the company seemed un-trustworthy.
