The Data Entry Associate role has been a basic role for us and hence the interview for it is fairly basic and only covers relevant skill sets. That said, we continuously work on improving our interview processes overall. For this role; since the last year, the interview process includes three exercises - proofreading, Excel & email writing. Feedback both in-house and like yours helps us function better, we now have an efficient interview-hiring mechanism and have now built assessments mapped to the skill sets that are required for each role
