Measured Marketing interview questions

I spoke with my direct supervisor and she asked me about my experience in marketing. Mostly she talked about her plans for the department. Asked what skill I felt were applicable to the position. Very relaxed and short. Just wants to see if they like you. Smile and be conversational

I got an email from a friend about the company hiring for several different positions. I sent the contact from the email my resume and soon enough an interview to follow. A single interview that was basically a conversation and then I followed up to hear I had gotten the job. Nothing out of the norm question wise.
