Interview
After group interview (careers forum) it was one on one interview at the office. Before the interview they asked us to fill in our details, availability, preferred store and referees. The whole interview was 15 minutes long. At the end the interviewers said I would be contacted through phone or email by the end of next week but I got a call back very fast at the start of the week with the job offer.
Group activity and 1:1 interview About 50 girls present put into 4 per group, given a description of a Mecca product and then had to sell it. 1:1 Asked about yourself, previous experience, yourself as a customer, teamwork, availability.

Interview
It was a group interview where we had to try sell a product to each other in pairs, and then discuss our favourite product in a group of 5. We then went off individually and had an individual interview where we discussed hours, location, experience and they asked some questions, most of which you would've had time to prepare for prior to the interview, they come in an email with the interview times.

very quick and easy. not intimidating at all. it's done in like a group setting. but it was individual and also group. it was on zoom and the interviewers were very sweet
