Interview process. Was simple and easy to follow instructions. Has one assessment and video interview questions. It did take 2 weeks before hearing a response back. Overall process easy to complete in a timely manner.

Questions were situational how handle or de-escalate.
Interview process is very calm, basic questions regarding nursing experience. Interviewer is very open about company mission and core values. They really care about their patients and want the employee to be the same way.
