MedBridge Home Medical UX-UI Designer interview questions

I applied for the job in early June. My first interview was with a recruiter (phone screen). My second interview was with their Director of Product Design. I thought the second interview went as well as it could and I was expecting to move forward, but unfortunately did not. They hit me with a very generic "we're going forward with other candidates" and no further explanation. There was meant to be another round of interviewing if a candidate moved forward that was basically a case study presented to a panel.
