Fairly straight forward and easy but to many personal questions asked. Why does my political views matter and not my skills? They stated this was an entry level job but when i was hired I was talked to as if I worked there as a slacker for 5 years. Previous Employees who supervised me lied to the Director when it was their fault when the work wasn't done.
