Very well organized, with a talent aquisition specialist working closely with clinical directors to ensure efficient communication between all parties. The onsite interview process was very casual and laid back and was not very stressful. The clinical director wanted to know basic innformation about past work history, why I was interested in their clinic, and used the time to explain a lot about the company, productivity standards, mentorship opportunities and what the onboarding process would look like.

Very thorough. Phone calls leading up to teleconference due to Covid. Then in person clinic visit. Very friendly and committed healthcare professionals. Interviewer was a bit frazzled as likely dealing with all changes needing to be made with Covid but very pleasant experience.

I applied online, and received a call and email from a recruiter within days. I was given an interview a few days later with time after the interview to observe the clinic. The offer was presented several days after the interview. The whole process from online application to offer was about 2 weeks/10 business days.
