Interview
Met with multiple staff members over the course of the week virtually. Manager, COO and compliance director. All interviews were about a half hour. I was recruited from a hiring company that coordinated all meetings.
The interview process took place via Skype. You meet with an HR representative, a Clinical Operations Lead and the VP of Clinical Operations. The overall interview process was not as nerve wracking as expected. All participants were pleasant to deal with and asked expected questions.

The interview process was quite standard. General details about you as a person, then more substantive on how you function in your role (what if, how did you, tell me a time), etc.
