      Customer Service Interview

      6 June 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MedXM

      Interview

Typical interview questions. Then the non-typical part interview I went through the interview process, was told to leave my bag and follow him for a drug test. No worries, but odd. I had been laid off from a company I had worked for, for over 14 years. I brought in all my quality scores from customers that had surveyed me. I was paid well at for essentially the same job, customer service. I attempted to negotiate a better wage. The interviewer said, it is to my advantage you were laid of from ABC co, you need a job and this is what I am offering. He said you no longer work for them. I said I will be commuting from 40 miles away. He then told me I have many reps that work from farther away content with even less than I am being offered. I said the environment seemed nice and I like the casual attire. I was told I would be part of an elite team and would not have casual dress nor would I be on the early shift. I declined the offer, in which I was called and emailed several times. I could not see myself working for a boss like this.

      Question 1

They really didn't have any difficult questions. Just a poor attitude.
