Initially, I was offered a position, but when I requested an adjustment to the starting date, the employer ceased responding to my emails and reopened the position without any notice. This behavior is quite unusual. The company offers low salaries and avoids direct communication, preferring to operate indirectly. I would strongly advise against joining such an environment. Despite being a twelve-year-old firm, it remains the size of a start-up, which is concerning.
