Overall the experience was positive but it seemed some of the screening was poorly done. The interview consisted of 3 rounds: Screening, technical and call with hiring manager.
The screening call was high level; seemed more of an effort to see if you were a good personality fit.
Then the following interviews with a technical project manager and hiring manager were far more difficult. It was evident that there were some questions that the screener should have asked; such as the technical requirements of the role. This would have saved time for everyone; as it wasn't very clear from the job description that the role required more technical knowledge than we were led to believe.
