(1) 20 min phone call with Recruiter: mostly behavioral about your college experience, a little about your previous job experience, why medallia (2) 1 hr phone call with Team Member: more technical, dives into your job experience and choices you made, how you deal with setbacks (3) Challenge: part excel technical work, other half is writing a functional spec, took about 9 hours total (4) 3 hr in-person interview: first two interviews are technical/behavioral, last interview is cultural fit
