I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medallia (London, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
The process started with a 15-minute screening with a manager; this is where they check you meet the basic requirements. Next I had an 1-hour interview with another manager, who wanted to know my "story", both professionally and personally; I enjoyed the attention and the fact that this interview was not designed to "tick the boxes", but to understand the whole person and their journey so far. Following this interview I had a tech challenge that involved predictive analytics, and a final round of 4 interviews at the Medallia office. Overall it was not difficult, but make sure you prepare in the following areas: customer experience management, predictive analytics using Excel, your "story" and why you made the decisions you made, explaining complex concepts in simple language (as if you explained them to your grandma), how you approach personal and professional growth (if you have time read Carol Dweck's book, "Mindset"--Medallia is a growth mindset company and, naturally, wants to hire people with this mindset). All the interviewers were very personable, willing to help, and genuinely interested in the candidate as a person.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Medallia?
How satisfied are you with your life so far?
The reasons why you left the previous jobs
The best, most seamless interview process I've ever been involved in. The recruiter was in regular contact. Went from application, interview, and offer within a 2 week span and accepted offer very shortly thereafter.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to stretch outside of your comfort zone and how did you handle it?
The questions and technical challenge were fair and relevant. I had the opportunity to speak to some fairly senior people, even though the role I applied for is not. The process was fairly efficient, and I had flexibility in my start date. Overall as good as can be expected.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you failed, and what you learned.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Medallia in Nov 2019
Interview
El proceso fue bastante largo, tuve 10 entrevistas y en la última me dijeron que en realidad habia otro candidato. Creo que finalmente fu una cuestión de afinidad mas que de capacidad.
