I interviewed for a Corporate IT role. The interview process at Medallia consisted of several different parts. After applying for the position online I was contacted via e-mail by a recruiter to schedule a short phone conversation. We talked briefly about my background as well as the company and the position itself. Following our phone screening I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. He asked technical questions to verify the information provided on my resume was accurate. The final stage of the interview process consisted of an on-site interview. I met with multiple people 1:1 from different departments. This was to ensure I was not only a good fit for the position itself, but also the company culture. I did spend about five hours on-site but the day went extremely quickly because of the variety of questions they asked and their upbeat energy. This interview isn't only about your skills and experience but also what motivates you as an individual. The recruiting team was always quick to get back to me and answer any questions I had. Everyone was friendly, warm, and genuinely excited about their job which made my desire to be part of the team even greater. I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism of the recruiting team that I worked with. Overall, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish (roughly two weeks from initial contact to the offer stage.)
