The phone screen with the recruiter went really well - she was friendly and had a warm personality. But when getting to my second interview, it was extremely challenging to hear the hiring manager as he was in a conference room that had a lot of background and feedback. I mentioned that it was difficult hearing him and when he called me again, the echo in the background was still distracting. Additionally, I personally felt that the hiring manager was not interested throughout the interview process. In the middle of the interview, he was extremely abrupt and interrupted me to end the call, which I find unprofessional.
