I got an email from HR to set up an initial call interview for the position. 2 Hours before the interview HR mails me saying the position has been filled up and canceled my interview. That was so unprofessional of them and was totally unexpected especially after all the lofty words they've written on their website about creating a world where company is loved. Well, I've got a suggestion on how can you start doing that- by being sincere about the things you write on your website and by respecting the time of others.
