My entire experience with Medallia has been superb.
My first contact with Medallia was with the hiring manager whom I liked from the beginning. He was on top of the hiring process and made sure all went smoothly. I also had a fantastic experience with the recruiting team. Amit Pandya was my point of contact and he was truly amazing and extremely efficient.
After my first meeting with the hiring manager I had several interviews with all members of my team as well as other people I will work with. I was mostly asked questions about my background, past projects I have been working on and the reason why I would like to work for Medallia. I recommend anybody interviewing at Medallia to get an understanding of the Customer Experience Management market and read as much as possible about Medallia. There is also a cultural fit interview which I enjoyed a lot. I wasn't asked any inappropriate questions, but rather had a chance to talk about my background and my motivation.
The entire process was transparent and I have always been kept informed about next steps. Due to time restraints, the interview process needed to be fast. In the end, Amit made it possible to reduce the entire time frame to two weeks. He managed to schedule all interviews during these two weeks, reached out to all references the same day I provided him with their contact details, and eventually followed up with an immediate offer. I was impressed.
The reason why I chose to accept Medallia's offer was certainly strongly influenced by the superb experience I have had during the recruiting process.

Overall, the interview process was very well organized. The interviewers & recruiter were very genuine, friendly, and top of their field of expertise. Although I did not receive an offer (made it to the final round), I would not hesitate to re-apply for future positions and recommend to my friends! The culture and people are amazing! Overall, I sincerely feel that its a great company to work for!
