I had been eagerly anticipating my interview with MediLink Network for the position of Corporate Communications Associate. The process had started with submitting my resume and cover letter online, through LinkedIn and I was thrilled when I received an email inviting me for an initial phone screening. The first step was a 30-minute phone interview with the company's HR representative. She was warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. After a successful phone interview, I was invited for a virtual interview with the Human resources Manager. She had thoroughly reviewed my resume and asked insightful questions about my past experiences, particularly related to communications. The last interview was with their CEO and President, who basically described what the work will be and I was able to get to know her personally. She shared her passion for equitable healthcare which we shared the same.
