Interview
I scheduled my interview over email with HR and came in on a Monday at 12:30. TMK cares a lot about the quality of your character, if you love interacting with people and teamwork then i advise you look no further. It was more conversational than anything and my nerves quickly went out the window. I met with an Associate Director for about 20 minutes, followed by a Group Director for another 10 minutes. Altogether, i was done around 1pm, and at 7pm that night i received a phone call with an offer.
Thanks for sharing your experience. We do care a lot about character. In fact, we describe our hiring philosophy very simply as 'we only hire people who are great and nice'. I'm glad you joined and please feel free to recommend any of your classmates who are also great and nice.

Was a bit difficult to schedule a time to have the first phone screening with the HR person cancelled/reschedule 4 times. The second round in office interviews 3 back to back - took 1 hour had the response in 3 days

What current trends or news in the media are you following? What was the last article you have read that interest you regarding advertisement?
I had 4 interviews in a row that lasted 2 hours. They were all nice and great to talk to . I felt that I got along well and built up a good rapport with the first 3 interviewers. It was a long process and adding on other factors of my day, I was worn out by the last interview. The last interview was with the highest position relative to the other 3. I didn't perform as well and I immediately felt that I ran myself out of the runnings. While it's my fault for not getting the position, they could've at least had the courtesy to tell me I was not given the job. They replied to the thank you emails but couldn't tell me I wasn't getting an offer despite follow up emails...
