It was extremely basic and casual, as long as you're engaging and they can tell you can interact with a lot of people you're good. They'll want to know your work history and how that will aid you on shift communicating with potential consumers and whatnot. Fake it til you make it y'all.

Received a email from Hr and was asked to do a phone interview everything went smoothly she then forwarded my resume to the city I was in for the Management to set up a face to face interview, who called within 10 minutes and set up to go in the very next day. Went in then was told they would call within a day, but they called back 2 hrs later asking if I would come back to fill out the paperwork for hr to do background check exc.. its day 2 still waiting for update....
