I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MediaPRO (Bothell, WA) in June 2018
Interview
I was put in touch with MediaPRO by a 3rd party recruiter. I then went through a phone screen with the hiring manager and completed a writing exercise (examples of outreach emails). I went through an on-site loop with the hiring manager, another sales manager, several executives, someone from marketing, and an account executive. They also had me perform live mock outreach calls. I was extended an offer while on-site.

Interview
I was reached out to by a independent hiring company who was handling the interview process for MediaPRO. Initial phone screen was fine and phone screen with manager was also fine.
In person interview was a little crazy. Their office is under construction, had to read signs to know where to go. The first interviewer didn’t really know what she was doing and asked basic questions, my interview with the hiring manager was a little odd as he opted to sit on the floor and talk to me, he asked me basic question. Two other interviews were around my technical skills and if I could do the job.
Overall, in person interviews needed some work. They were disorganized, the interviewers didn’t have questions ready for the interview and weren’t really sure what they were doing during and after the interview was over.
Ultimately did not receive an offer because they were looking for someone “more technical” when my resume outlined my technical skills. Wasn’t sure why I was brought in for an interview if my technical skills weren’t what they were looking for.

Interview
Fairly easy process overall, 1 hour phone screen followed by on site interview with two members on the engineering team. There was one coding question that was facilitated via an online sandbox. Test was open book meaning use of search engine was allowed, though you will not need to.
