Phone interview with the CTO followed by a take-home coding test. There was only one face-to-face interview and that was with both the CTO and team lead. Mediatonic have an internal hiring manager who will guide you through the whole recruitment process.

Highly disrespectful approach to interviewing.
You will go through 4 or 5 interviews, one technical test and once you get to the moment they would send an offer letter, they'll ghost you for weeks.
I had to reach out multiple times until they eventually said they were not confident on whether or not I was really interested in the job, and felt I would not match the "culture".
After 5 interviews, 1 technical test and having to do all the follow-ups myself, that is unprofessional and disrespectful, to waste my time in such manner.
Please if you feel that way, do not wait too long to state your concerns and do not make candidates go through a 3 month process to tell them they maybe are not interested.

Quite smooth, the recruiter was always helpful and gave me updates quick.
My recruitment process had 3 phases:
-Video call
-Code test
-Person interview + another code test
