I applied online. I interviewed at Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee, WI) in Feb 2015
Interview
There was a computer skills test on the Microsoft Office Suite and traditional interviews with HR as well as the immediate supervisor and co-workers. Both the individuals in HR and in the office where the job was located were very professional and polite. The only drawback was that the decision-making process seemed to take a long time. I did not hear back for 6-8 weeks, I think. That said, everyone I spoke with was friendly and kind. I think it would be a great place. to work.

Question 1
How did you use initiative to solve a problem at work?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2015
Interview
Very confusing once I got to the department I was going to work in. It took over a month and a half to be hired and the start date was changed multiple times because of lack of people to train. HR process was very organized and did an excellent job explaining the position and the benefits that the college offers. The tour was quite impressive and the campus is beautiful.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee, WI) in July 2014
Interview
HR will conduct their own interview along with testing (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook). Once this interview is complete they will contact regarding meeting with the department. They will set up the interview and the process will take about 4 hours depending on how many people you need to interview with.
