Interview
Face to face competency based interview which felt like a police interrogation. This included a thorough rubbishing of my cv. The first 30 minutes were spent preparing and presenting a presentation based on a single sentence topic which was then followed by a Q&A. The experience didn’t give a great impression of the company. It needed experienced interviewers who knew how to get the best out of the discussion and make it a 2-way process and less of an interrogation..
