HR is very personable and quick to respond to set up interviews. Two of four interviews underway so far but in both interviews, HR and department heads were easy to talk with, asked useful questions and offered honest answers to my questions

Intense! Just being asked to be in the interview process was a relief to me. When I was being interviewed one to one than I really had to be sharp and articulate because the interviewer was an individual that wanted the best for the company and didn't want just anyone. She only wanted top notch individuals, people that wanted to soar with the eagles!
