Medical Shipment Database Entry interview questions

Medical Shipment called for an interview fairly quickly. I met with the hiring manager and the HR person. It was conversational and an equal exchange. The two interviewers seemed to have quite a rapport with each other, which made it feel informal (& a little uncomfortable.) Then I met with the VP and was asked a behavior-based question. His style was very formal. The switch in tone seemed rather extreme for such a small company, even if he was an officer.
